Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all VUDU tags attached. Ensure the garments are in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
